Classes

Chi Kung & Tai Chi are health exercises which are carried out slowly, and are also the vital energy that keeps our internal organs free from disease. Learn this on Tuesdays at 11.40 a.m.. Lessons include instruction given on ancient Chinese learning on how to treat yourself.

Lessons take place at:
Tai Sul health
Public Hall (Next to Public Library)
Holland-on-Sea

Limited Class numbers.

Class one: Chi Kung, the energy exercise for internal and external health and well being for those people who cannot physically attend a normal active fitness class, i.e Arthritic, overweight, back sufferers, or for anyone out of condition that wants to improve their health and well being.

Class Two: Moving form "Chen Man Ching", short form for health, flexibility and general well-being, as seen practised in the parks early morning in China. This class aids flexibility, enhances mind control, and improves general health and well being.

Remember, this could be the first day of a whole new life, so give it a try. Friendly people welcome!
